Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use Discord where you live. Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply to everything that happens in our server, on top of these terms.

If we learn that someone is under the minimum age, we'll remove their access.

Some site features — the member dashboard, games, connections, and game-server join details — require signing in with Discord. You must use your own Discord account, and you must be a member of our server (or completing the join / verify flow) to keep that access.

You're responsible for what happens on your signed-in session. Don't share it, and sign out on shared devices.

Keep it simple — don't be the reason we need more rules:

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeting anyone in the community.
• No illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or anything that puts the server at risk.
• No spam, scams, phishing links, malware, or unsolicited advertising and self-promotion.
• No impersonating staff or other members, and no attempts to evade a ban or mute.
• No scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the site or bot.

Server-specific rules posted in Discord are part of these terms.

We can warn, mute, kick, or ban any account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe it's harming the community or breaking these terms. We can also remove content, revoke roles, reset game progress, or restrict access to parts of the site.

Moderation records — warnings, mutes, kicks, and bans — are kept so our team can apply rules consistently.

You keep ownership of the messages, clips, guesses, form answers, and other content you post. By posting in our community, you give us permission to display, store, and share that content in connection with running the community — for example, highlighting a clip, showing a game leaderboard, or listing guesses on a hosted LIVE game.

Only post content you have the right to share. We can remove anything at any time.

Wordle and Contexto on this site are community games. Play fair — don't use bots, scripts, or other automation to submit guesses, and don't try to inspect or alter hidden answers. Hints, when offered, are part of the game.

Daily puzzles, hosted games, streaks, and leaderboards can change, reset, or be removed. Results are for fun, not prizes, unless staff clearly say otherwise for a specific event.

Members may host Wordle or Contexto on their own TikTok LIVE. If you host, you're responsible for that stream and for following TikTok's rules. We only treat a LIVE comment as a guess when the commenter has linked that TikTok account to a Discord member in this community.

Turning on Lunar EDP's LIVE Connector lets us receive public room events you enable so those games can run. You can turn event types off or disconnect TikTok at any time. Hosting a game does not let us post to TikTok as you.

Some members can view join details for community game servers, including a password when one is set. Those details are for your personal use as a member. Don't post them in public, sell access, or use them to harass anyone. Gameplay on those servers still follows these terms, Discord's rules, and the game's own terms.

Passwords and server status can change. A listed server is not a promise it will stay online.

Our LIVE Nowpage shows when community members are streaming on third-party platforms, mainly TikTok, and links out to those streams. We don't control those platforms or what happens on them, and their terms apply once you leave our site.

Live status is gathered automatically and can be delayed, wrong, or missing. Treat it as a convenience, not a guarantee.

You can optionally connect your TikTok account for verification, nickname sync, video alerts, LIVE Now, and hosted Wordle / Contexto games. Connecting is your choice, TikTok asks you to approve it first, and you can disconnect or revoke the access whenever you want from Connections.

While connected, you give us permission to read your public profile and video metadata and to display it in the community. If you enable the LIVE Connector, you also give us permission to receive the public LIVE events you turn on. We only read — we never post, edit, or delete anything on your TikTok account. Your use of TikTok stays governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service, and what we store is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Running the community means storing some data about members. What we collect and why is described in our Privacy Policy.

The site, the bot, the games, and the server are provided "as is." We don't promise they'll be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and features can change or disappear at any time. This is a community project, not a paid service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lunar EDPand its staff aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the bot, the games, the game servers, or the Discord server, or from anything another member posts.

We may update these terms as the community grows. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site or server after a change means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
